Tickets will be reserved only upon clearance
of cheques. Tickets will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. You
will receive an acknowledgement of your booking either by email or by post as
soon as your cheque has cleared. |

Passengers
will be held entirely responsible for arriving at pick-up points and any
departure points arranged on each trip in good time. Coaches will not wait for
late-comers at any time in order to ensure the smooth running of the trip.
Any passenger who chooses
not to travel or is unable to travel after having booked
seats with us should notify us prior to the day of travel.
This is to avoid any unnecessary delays at your specified
pick-up point. |

Fizz Coach Trips
advises all passengers to arrive at pick-up points at least 10 minutes prior to
set times. |
|
|
|
Child rates (if applicable) are for children
between the ages of three to 15 years and, for safety reasons, there must be at
least one adult for every three children. All children must be appropriately
supervised by an adult at all times. Children under three years will not be
allocated seats unless requested and the child rate must then be paid. |

|
Fizz Coach Trips
will not offer refunds for cancellation by the
passenger unless their places can be sold prior to the trip. |
|
|

Fizz Coach Trips will accept
no responsibility for changes to facilities at venues as these are beyond our
control. |
|
|
|
Fizz Coach Trips
reserves the right to cancel any trip in the event of insufficient bookings. In
the unlikely event of a cancellation of a trip due to insufficient bookings a
full refund will be paid, or you will be offered a transfer to another trip,
if preferred. |

Fizz Coach
Trips
will not be held responsible for the late arrival or failure
to arrive at destinations owing to traffic hold-ups, adverse
weather conditions, breakdowns or similar. In the event of
any incident outside our control causing the integrity of
the whole trip to fail,

will reimburse passengers affected in full. |

will endeavour to ensure all pick-up and departure times
published are as accurate as possible although occasional
variations may occur. |

No pets
will be permitted, except guide dogs by arrangement. |

|
|
All tours
are subject to the relevant terms and conditions of the
coach company utilised on the trip. |

Fizz Coach
Trips
reserves the right to refuse to accept passengers (either
outward bound, interim, or return journeys) under the
influence of alcohol or displaying disruptive and/or
aggressive behaviour, or for any other reason that would
adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other
passengers. Smoking or drinking alcohol is not permitted on
coaches. |

operates a Zero Tolerance Policy in regard of abusive
or violent behaviour to passengers, representatives or
drivers. |
